William Prest

William Prest is the Associate Director at Hays, where they lead the commercial management and executive search for senior HR professionals in the NSW market. With over a decade of recruitment experience in Australia and the UK, they have established strong relationships and functional expertise in various HR domains. Their current focus includes HR senior appointments and executive level hires, while also managing multiple recruitment divisions across professional and corporate services. Previously, William held various roles at Hays, including Senior Manager and Recruitment Consultant, and worked as an Accounts Assistant at Minford Chartered Accountants. They are currently pursuing a degree in Economics at Ampleforth College.
