Having joined haysmacintyre in 2004, where he trained and qualified with the firm, Mark specializes in providing tax advisory services for our clients with particular experience in the property and hospitality sectors.

Mark enjoys advising clients on a diverse range of tax matters with particular experience in M&A support, group restructuring, and employee equity incentives including Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI) schemes.
