Cheryl Millington

Cheryl Millington is an experienced businesswoman who has worked in a variety of industries throughout their career. Cheryl is currently an independent non-executive director at Hays, a position they have held since May 2019. Prior to this, they served as a non-executive director at Intu Properties Plc from November 2018 to December 2021. During their time at Intu, they were a member of the remuneration, audit, and nomination & review committees.

Millington began their career at Durham University before moving to Hays, where they worked for several years. Cheryl then moved to AXA UK before taking on their current role at Hays. In addition to their work as a non-executive director, Millington also serves on the group risk committee and group audit committee for Equiniti.

Cheryl Millington began their educational career by completing a Global Executive Development Programme at the London Business School. Cheryl then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Durham University. Finally, they attended the Barrow Grammar School for Girls.
