Magdalena Gibas

Magdalena Gibas is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and sourcing. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Partner at Hays since December 2020, Magdalena has also held the position of Lead Recruitment Partner for BNY since April 2021. Prior to this, Magdalena was a Senior Sourcing Specialist on the Flex team, engaging in challenging recruitment projects across various markets. Magdalena's background includes significant roles at CCUSA from October 2013 to June 2020, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex recruitment processes, organizing recruitment events, and implementing regional marketing strategies. Additionally, Magdalena gained valuable experience as Summer Staff at Camp Mataponi for seven seasons, focusing on staff recruitment and team management. Magdalena holds a Licentiate degree in Geography from the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow, obtained in 2013.
