Michelle Woods is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment and marketing. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Medtech Executives since April 2024, Michelle's career includes a role as Senior Recruiter at Hays since January 2022, and nearly eleven years at Sky International Management Group LLC in Marketing & Sales. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Director of New Business Ventures at Philips from December 2004 to January 2011 and worked as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company from July 1996 to November 2004. Michelle began professional endeavors as a Product Manager at Smiths Medical from January 1990 to June 1996.
