Neil Smith

Director of Customer Success at Haystack

Neil Smith has a diverse work experience in the customer service and support field. Neil started their career at Sage as a Technical Support specialist in 2005 and worked there until 2007. Neil then joined RIBA Enterprises Ltd in 2007, where they held various roles, including Software Support Coordinator, Customer Centre Manager, Head of Customer Experience, and Director of Customer Operations from 2009 to 2018. In 2018, Neil joined NBS as Director of Global Support, and later became the Customer Experience Director until 2022. Currently, they are working at Haystack as the Director of Customer Success, starting from May 2022.

Neil Smith attended Northumbria University from 1999 to 2003 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in IT.
