Travis Hellstrom has extensive experience in leadership and program administration across various sectors. Currently serving as Team Lead at Haystack Needle since August 2024, Travis is also the Founder of Advance Humanity, a position held since 2012. Past roles include Program Administrator at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (2022-2024), Partner at Global Round Table Leadership (2019-2022), and Program Chair & Graduate Professor at Marlboro College Graduate & Professional Studies (2015-2019). Additionally, Travis worked as a Graduate Professor at SIT Graduate Institute and held various leadership positions at WeBuild and The New Media Group. Travis’s career began with a notable tenure as a Peace Corps Volunteer Leader and Health Volunteer. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management from the School for International Training and a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Medicine from Campbell University.
