April Ko

April Ko has extensive work experience in the field of data management and litigation support. April started their career in 2004 as a Production Operator at FedEx/Kinko's, where they were responsible for photocopying, printing, faxing, and providing customer service. In 2008, they joined Epiq Systems as an Evidence Handling Analyst, where they excelled in data processing and problem resolution.

In 2013, April joined Cahill Gordon & Reindel as a Litigation Support Specialist, where they communicated with lawyers and legal assistants, created user accounts in different databases, and utilized Microsoft Access to create queries and update tables. April then moved to RVM Enterprises, Inc. in 2014 as a Production Analyst, where they prepared third-party and hard copy data for loading to Relativity, created searches and tagged documents, and performed TIFF/JPG creation, endorsement, and OCR using IPRO or Relativity.

Most recently, April worked at HaystackID as an ESI Specialist, starting in September 2018. April handled electronic data discovery projects, performed data analysis, and supported client needs. In April 2021, they transitioned into the role of Quality Control Analyst within the same company.

Throughout their career, April has demonstrated strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills. April is adaptable and quick to learn new programs.

April Ko attended W.C. Bryant HS from 1999 to 2002. April then went on to enroll at City College of New York from 2002 to 2007 where they attained their Bachelor of Arts degree in that year. The specific field of study for their Bachelor's degree is not provided.
