Amy Parish is a seasoned professional in criminal justice and customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and formerly a Senior Business Analyst at Secure Passage since May 2021. Additionally, Amy has contributed to the Institute of Police Technology and Management as an Adjunct Instructor since March 2019. Previous roles include Criminal Intelligence Analyst at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office from April 2018 to May 2021 and at the Pasco Sheriff's Office from December 2004 to April 2018, where responsibilities encompassed property evidence, forensic investigations, and criminal intelligence. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice - Criminalistics from Saint Leo University and two associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Crime Scene Technology from St. Petersburg College.
