Douglas Pasley, MACJA, is an experienced professional in risk management and public safety with over 25 years of service in law enforcement. Currently serving as Vice President of Field Operations at Secure Passage since January 2014, Douglas is dedicated to providing customers with tools to manage incidents and enhance critical infrastructure safety. Previous roles include Director of Field Operations at Digital Sandbox and Threat and Risk Manager for the City of Tampa Police Department. Douglas has also contributed as an instructor at the National Institute of Crime Prevention, specializing in crime prevention through environmental design. Education includes a Ph.D. in Business/Homeland Security Leadership and Policy from Northcentral University and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Florida. Douglas's military experience as an Intelligence Specialist in the US Navy further enriches a comprehensive skill set focused on risk analysis and incident management.
