Cooper has a strong background in leveraging technology solutions to support communities during emergencies and disasters.
Rodney Cooper completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the American Public University System in 2022. Prior to that, they attended DeVry University from 2009 to 2010.
