Our passion and driving force is to see you living healthy, productive lives. Our 25 bed critical access hospital is connected to medical clinics, a long term care center and assisted and independent living apartments. We offer specialty services including orthopedics and urology, and area primary care physicians have privileges to see and treat patients in the hospital and Water’s Edge. Hayward Area Memorial Hospital & Water’s Edge employs over 390 people. The hospital was designed to aid in the restoration of health. Large private rooms support patient privacy. A sleeping couch in each patient room allows someone to stay with a young child or critically ill relative, in addition, attractive waiting areas support family involvement.
