Eric Sejourne

Eric Sejourne currently serves as Chief Global Operations Officer at Hayward Holdings, Inc., overseeing integrated operations activities globally, including manufacturing and quality management. Prior to this role, Eric held various leadership positions at ASSA ABLOY Group, including President of Access - Egress Hardware & Door Controls for the Americas, where responsibilities included total business ownership and driving revenue growth. Eric's extensive experience also encompasses roles such as Chairman of the Global Operations Board and Chief Operations Officer for the Americas, with a strong focus on operational excellence and product development. Previous roles include Vice President at Watts Water Technologies, General Manager at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, and various engineering and management positions at Ingersoll Rand. Eric holds a Master’s in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
