Jon Stone

Jon Stone is a seasoned engineering and product management professional with extensive experience in the flow control industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Product Management at Hayward Flow Control, Jon has led engineering and project teams that successfully introduced over 70 new products through both in-house development and collaborations with supplier partners. Previously, Jon held pivotal roles at Cameron, Victaulic, Nordstrom Valves, National Oilwell, and Baker Oil Tools, accumulating significant expertise in product development and project management. Jon's international experience includes close collaboration with suppliers and customers across China, Taiwan, South Korea, and Italy, enhancing design requirements and ensuring product quality. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Tulane University of Louisiana.
