Larry Silber

Larry Silber serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Herc Rentals since May 2015 and has been a member of the Board of Directors at Hayward Industries, Inc. since November 2019. Silber is the Managing Principal of LHS Global Advisors, LLC since January 2014 and has held various board positions including Pike Corporation and SMTC Manufacturing Corporation. Prior leadership includes roles at Weiler Corporation and Executive Advisor at Court Square Capital Partners, LLP. Previously, Silber was the Chief Operating Officer at Hayward Industries, Inc. from 2008 to 2012 and held executive positions at Ingersoll-Rand Company from 1978 to 2008. Silber graduated from Rutgers University between 1974 and 1978.
