Sean Gallagher

Sean Gallagher, MBA, MLS, currently serves as Vice President of Global Information Technology at Hayward Holdings, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the global IT team and overseeing enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and the D365 F&O ERP project. Prior to this role, Sean was Senior Director of Global Information Security, establishing a world-class security team for a high-tech IoT manufacturer. Experience at Sealed Air Corporation as Executive Director of Global IT Security included leadership over Cyber, IT GRC, Privacy, IAM, and SAP Security teams. Sean's earlier positions include Director of Global IT at Carlisle Companies and managerial roles at Ernst & Young, LLP, and UnitedHealth Group, focusing on IT audit, technology risk, and information security. Educational credentials include a Master of Legal Studies in Cybersecurity Law and Policy from Texas A&M University School of Law, an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
