Sean Keily

Sean Keily has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Director of Operations for Europe at Hayward Holdings, Inc. since January 2021. Previously, Sean worked at AkzoNobel from October 2000 to January 2021, holding various roles including Supply Planning Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating supply and production planning for a $300 million business, managing teams, and achieving 95% OTIF targets. Additional roles at AkzoNobel involved demand management, project management for business integration in Brazil and Argentina, and serving as Supply Chain Controller. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University, completed in 2000.
