Susan C.

Susan C. currently serves as the SVP, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Hayward Industries, Inc., since June 2021. Previously, Susan held various senior legal positions at GNC from September 2018 to June 2021, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, as well as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. At Kellogg Company from February 2008 to March 2018, Susan functioned as Senior Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary, overseeing securities, corporate governance, and compliance issues, and also led legal activities for the European region as General Counsel. Susan's extensive career began at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where roles included Vice President & Assistant General Counsel from 1991 to 2008. Susan holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a degree in Business Economics from John Carroll University.
