Xue Mei

Xue Mei serves as the Vice President of Finance for Global Supply Chain at Hayward Holdings, Inc. since December 2018, where key responsibilities include guiding a global team of finance professionals to ensure financial oversight and support for various executive roles. Previous roles at Hayward include Vice President of Corporate Finance and Vice President of FP&A and Treasury, during which significant contributions were made such as leading internal reporting and improving liquidity for the company’s public debut in 2021. Prior to Hayward, Xue Mei held several finance leadership positions at Honeywell, including CFO of the Productivity Products division, where oversight of a $1.4 billion business unit and strategic decision-making support were paramount. Xue Mei's early career included positions at Valor Telecom. Xue Mei holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of International Business and Economics.
