Martin Archila

Martin Archila has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2011 as a Ski Instructor at Conservation Halton. In 2014, they became a Student Labourer in Sports Maintenance at the City of Mississauga and simultaneously joined the Engineering Society of Queen's University as a part of the Communications Committee's Graphic Design Team and as a FREC member. Martin then joined the Mississaugua Golf and Country Club in 2010 as a Crew Captain in Golf Operations, a role they held until 2015. Moving forward, they worked for the Queen's Mining Society as the Director of Finance from 2016 to 2017 and served as the IT & Publications Director at the Queen's Conference on Business and Mining from 2016 to 2017 as well. Archila then transitioned to Haywood Securities Inc., where they began as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2018 and gradually advanced to the positions of Associate in Investment Banking and Vice President in Investment Banking.

Martin Archila attended Loyola Catholic Secondary School from 2009 to 2013. Martin then went on to Queen's University where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from 2013 to 2017 and a second Bachelor's Degree in Economics from 2014 to 2018.
