Neal Gilmer has extensive experience in the financial industry, currently serving on the Board of Directors and as Head of Research at Haywood Securities Inc. since May 2017, after roles as an Equity Research Analyst. Prior experience includes Equity Research Analyst positions at Mackie Research Capital and previously at Clarus Securities Inc., as well as Research Analyst roles at Canaccord Genuity Inc. Earlier in their career, Neal held the position of Project Director at Electronic Arts and worked as a Principal Consultant at IBM, following its acquisition of PwC Consulting. Neal holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University.
