Uday Ramesh Phalak

Uday Ramesh Phalak has held various roles throughout their work experience. Uday started their career at Creators Academy Pvt Ltd as a Software Developer from December 2014 to August 2016. Uday then joined Oregon State University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (Research) from December 2017 to December 2018.

In 2019, Uday co-founded HazAdapt, INC. and served as the Co-Founder. Uday later took on the role of Chief Technology Officer (Product & Engineering) from February 2020 to June 2021. During their time at HazAdapt, INC., Uday also worked as a Software Project Manager from October 2019 to December 2019, managing two development teams and overseeing projects related to an Emergency Communication Platform and a Proof of Concept for Offline mobile communication through a beacon mesh network during an emergency disaster.

In 2020, Uday also worked for COVID Response Collective in the field of Engineering and Development from March 2020 to December 2020.

Currently, Uday is working at The Home Depot as a Machine Learning Engineer, specifically focusing on Personalization and Recommendation. Their tenure at The Home Depot started in July 2021 and is ongoing.

Uday Ramesh Phalak has an extensive education history. Uday obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2010, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2011, they also pursued an Advance Yoga program at Yog Vidya Dham Gurukul, completing it in 2013.

In 2017, Uday enrolled in Oregon State University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science. Uday studied there until 2019, specializing in the field of Computer Science.
