Chad Opper

Chad Opper has experience working as a Senior Estimator at Hazard Construction, and currently holds the position of Chief Estimator at Orion Construction Corporation since December 2015. In their role, Chad has worked on various projects including Design Build Military Navy MACC projects, Design Build City of San Diego MACC projects, Wet Utility Pipeline Construction, Pump Station and Lift Stations, and Heavy Civil Projects such as Roadways, Canals, and Concrete Structures.
