Elora san Juan Johnson

Elora (Elle) San Juan Johnson, LCSW, is a seasoned professional in social work with extensive experience in clinical supervision and case management. Currently serving as Clinical Supervisor and HEART Therapist at Hazel Health since October 2023, Elle previously held the roles of Program Director and Licensed Transition Coordinator at Merakey from May 2021 to November 2022. At College Hospital Cerritos from December 2016 to April 2021, Elle provided intensive case management for developmentally delayed mentally ill patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and advocating for patients and their families. Previous experience includes working as a CARE Unit Intern at the Children's Law Center of California, as well as volunteer coordination roles through AmeriCorps at California Polytechnic State University. Elle holds a Master of Social Work from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
