Mike Morgan

Mike Morgan has extensive experience in financial leadership, serving as Chief Financial Officer at multiple technology companies, including Cloudian Inc. (April 2018 - Present), Tegile Systems (November 2015 - March 2018), Panzura (November 2012 - November 2015), Model N (October 2010 - October 2012), Skybox Security (2005 - October 2010), BackWeb Technologies (2002 - 2004), Talarian Corp (1999 - 2002), and Enlighten Software (1991 - 1999). Morgan played a pivotal role in restructuring organizations, optimizing financial processes, and leading successful IPOs. Early in the career, Morgan developed expertise at KPMG, where focus was on high technology enterprises, start-ups, and financial consulting. Morgan holds a BS degree in Business/Accounting from San Jose State University.
