Jason Ricker

Jason Ricker is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and engineering. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation since June 2022, Jason previously held the position of Systems Administrator at Andersen Corporation, where expertise in VMware and advanced troubleshooting with vRealize Operations Manager was demonstrated. Jason's career also includes roles at Abbott (formerly St. Jude Medical) and St. Jude Medical, focusing on Microsoft Windows Server and virtualization management. Starting with foundational roles at Best Buy and Circuit City, Jason has developed a robust skill set in server lifecycle management, documentation, and high availability configurations. Jason holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Network Technology from Brown College.
