Kelly Person is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in patient access and admissions management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Patient Access, Patient Placement & Admissions at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation since June 2018, Kelly previously held managerial roles at ReShape Lifesciences, Inc. and HealthEast, where responsibilities included overseeing call center operations and patient relationships. With a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Lean Flow Certification for Health Care from St. Paul College, Kelly combines educational expertise with extensive practical experience in enhancing patient access and operational efficiency in healthcare settings.
