Margo Blessing

Margo Blessing is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in substance use counseling. Currently serving as a patient placement counselor at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation since September 2016, Margo conducts initial substance use assessments and evaluates levels of care while addressing insurance coverage and financial barriers. Previous roles include counselor and IOP manager at Ridgeview Ranch, recovery specialist at Phoenix House Foundation Inc, and on-call alcohol and drug counselor at Hazelden Foundation. Margo began the career as LADC, counselor at On-Belay/Anthony Louis Center. Margo holds a Master's degree in Drug and Alcohol Counseling from the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies, completed in 2013.
