James st. Germain

James St. Germain has extensive work experience in engineering and project management. James currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Hazelett Corporation, where they are responsible for leading the engineering department. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Development Engineering at the same company. Before joining Hazelett Corporation, James was the President of Peak Engineering & Project Management, LLC, where they were involved in the complete product life cycle support, project management, and organizational improvements. James also volunteered at Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports. James' earlier work experience includes a long tenure at General Dynamics, where they held the position of Sr. Director of Development & Production Engineering. In this role, they supported teams in delivering safe and reliable products, worked with customers to define requirements, and oversaw design, analysis, and testing processes.

James St. Germain obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, where they studied from 1983 to 1985.
