Michael Novikov

Michael Novikov has a diverse work experience in various roles within the financial technology industry. Michael began their career in 2007 at Blue Slate, an EXL Company, where they served as a Lead Business Consultant in Wealth Management. After the company's restructuring, they transitioned to a senior client management role at SS&C Advent.

In 2011, Novikov joined SS&C Advent as a Senior Trading Solutions Analyst. Michael then moved to NICE Ltd in 2013, where they worked as a Sales Engineer. Later that year, they joined SS&C Technologies as a Product Manager.

From 2014 to 2016, Novikov worked at Charles River Development as a Relationship Manager, managing relationships with top domestic and international clients in the investment management industry.

In 2017, they joined Yardi as a Senior Solutions Consultant, providing consulting services to clients. Michael then moved to Broadridge in 2018, where they served as a Director of Account Management. In this role, Novikov managed global client relationships and sales for Broadridge Sentry PM investment management solutions.

In 2021, Novikov joined OpenFin as a Client Success Manager, supporting international banks, software vendors, and asset managers. Michael then joined Carta in 2022 as a Senior Strategic Client Success Manager, working with top clients in private capital markets.

Currently, Novikov holds the position of Senior Business Solutions Consultant at Hazeltree, starting in 2023.

Michael Novikov attended the University of Colorado Denver from 2000 to 2004, studying Economics & International Relations. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree during this period.
