Hank XH. Han MFin, CPA, CGA, FCCA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and development accounting. Currently serving as Partner of Finance & Operations at Hazelview Investments since January 2022, Hank oversees the complete financial lifecycle of development projects and investment funds. Prior to this role, Hank held key positions including Assistant Director of Development Accounting at SmartCentres REIT, where responsibilities encompassed development accounting and cash management for significant projects, and Controller at Starlight Investments, managing a substantial institutional pension portfolio. Additional experience includes positions at MetCap Living, Linwood Management, and a brief tenure as a tax specialist. Hank holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Queen's University, a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Harvard University, and various other qualifications in accounting and engineering.
