Michael J. Williams

Michael J. Williams is an accomplished professional in real estate development, currently serving as a Board Member for Habitat for Humanity GTA since July 2023. As the Managing Partner and Head of Real Estate Development at Hazelview Investments since March 2020, Michael J. Williams has also held the position of Executive Director of Real Estate Development within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Clifton Blake Asset Management from June 2018 to March 2020 and Director of Real Estate Development at Timbercreek Asset Management from November 2012 to June 2018. Michael J. Williams has a robust educational background, having completed the Executive Commercial Real Estate Program at Cornell University, along with various certifications in project management and real estate finance from institutions such as the University of Toronto, Real Estate Institute of Canada, Canadian Green Building Council, and Canadian Construction Association.
