Muhander Punshi is a strategic finance leader with over 20 years of diverse experience in financial management and digital transformation. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Hazelview Properties since October 2016, Muhander oversees all finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Prior to this role, Muhander was the Director of Corporate & Funds at Timbercreek, where responsibilities included managing public financial reporting for multiple issuers and establishing key processes for mortgage servicing and private investment valuation. Earlier experience includes positions at KPMG Audit, where Muhander managed a portfolio in the real estate sector, and in various roles within KPMG, Goldfarb, Shulman, Patel & Co., and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Muhander is a Chartered Accountant, having completed studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
