Currently serving as Manager, Resident Experience at Hazelview Properties since 2019, Robert previously held significant positions at Canadian Tire Corporation from 1999 to 2018, including Manager, Customer Experience Measurement and Senior Manager, Customer Research. Robert's expertise includes leading initiatives to measure and enhance customer satisfaction across retail and e-commerce sectors. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant, Consumer Research at Procter & Gamble from 1995 to 1999. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Geography from York University.
