Vincent Cai

Vincent Cai is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in property accounting and general accounting roles. Currently serving as Senior Property Accountant at Hazelview Properties since March 2017, Vincent has a strong history of preparing comprehensive financial reports and managing audit packages. Previous positions include Property Accountant at Timbercreek Asset Management, where responsibilities encompassed monthly and yearly financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, and budget coordination. Additional experience includes roles as Financial Manager at ZTE International Investments Corporation, where significant financial reporting and budgeting initiatives were successfully implemented, and as Assistant Accounting Officer at Hutchison Whampoa Property Ltd., contributing to process improvements and system implementations.
