Experience as a Machine Learning Postdoctoral Researcher at Indiana University Bloomington and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill contributed to significant advancements in predictive analytics and geospatial data analysis. Prior roles include Project Manager at Quantifly, where Javad spearheaded funding efforts and innovative projects in computer vision and spatial data analytics, and extensive engineering roles in water resource management across various consulting firms.
