Elad Shalit

Elad Shalit has experience in leading new product production, managing high complexity products, and optimizing flexibility, time to market, and quality in the R&D operations as the Global R&D Operations Director at Hazera Seeds. Prior to this, Elad served as a Plant Manager at Syngenta Seeds and as a Group Leader Manufacturing Engineering at Intel Cloud Insiders. Elad holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Supply Professional Program (SPP) - Process Business Management from the University of Warwick and a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
