Shani Platin

Shani Platin (Saka) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Sr Global HRBP at Hazera Seeds since October 2020, Shani has previously held significant roles, including Sr Global HR Business Partner at Stratasys and Head of Organization Development & Training at Kimberly-Clark Israel. Shani's career began in training coordination at SCD and included news production at Yedioth Aharonot, as well as training coordination in the Scout Movement. With a Master's degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University, Shani specializes in supporting employees and managers with HR issues, performance management, and team development.
