Hazid Technologies Limited is a technology and services company that provides AI based solutions globally to the process industries (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Energy etc.). This industry is embarking on a major program of digital transformation which is driven by “Industry 4.0” initiatives and Hazid can play a significant role, in supporting enterprises through their journey.

Hazid solutions can transform non-intelligent schematics and data sheets into "intelligent" data driven equivalents using AI. The unique approach reduces costs and execution times and increases quality based on minimising the amount of manual effort in the process. Schematics from all disciplines can be migrated including Piping (PFD's and P&ID's), Intrumentation, Electrical, Data Sheets etc.

Data / schematics migration forms an integral part of rule based solutions to deliver corporate and standards based compliance through the application of Hazid's Engineering Integrity.

Process Safety Integrity (PSI) enables users to build process safety models to simulate deviations from design intent.

The topology of the plants P&IDs are used to run simulations and determine many of the plants cause-consequence scenarios and utilize these as a first pass for the Hazop team to build on through brainstorming. High quality, intelligent P&ID’s and data are a pre-requisite as a starting point, therefore we strongly recommend the use of our Engineering Integrity solution to validate the P&ID’s and data to ensure useable results.

The simulations and results are determined by the knowledge base that is contained within the system and is adapted to reflect the individual requirements and experiences of each company. Hazid Technologies work closely and in collaboration with you to establish your specific knowledge base.

The different scenarios can be interactively displayed on the P&IDs and other information can be added such as likelihood, severity, risk, safeguards, actions etc. then SIL / LOPA analysis.
