She hold a Masters in Corporate Governance, am a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland. She is a 2022 Governance Hot 100 winner in the relationship manager category.

Before joining Hazlewoods, She developed and managed the company secretarial division of a busy accountancy firm in Surrey. She also provided company secretarial services to a private investment firm in Mayfair, London. She have worked extensively with corporate solicitors, providing transactional support.
