Aleksandra Sulik

Aleksandra Sulik is a seasoned procurement professional with a diverse background in construction and engineering. Currently serving as the Group Procurement Category Manager - Interior at HB Reavis since March 2015, Aleksandra supports markets in Poland, Germany, Slovakia, and the UK, focusing on strategy development, technical consulting, negotiation support, risk assessment, and cross-market communication. Prior to this role, Aleksandra spent nearly a decade at Budimex as a construction manager, participating in residential projects in Warsaw, and previously worked as a Construction Engineer at Pol-House W. Bronowski, where responsibilities included obtaining permits, client relations, subcontractor negotiations, and quality assessments. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and also completed additional education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2018.
