Jose A. Lopez P.e.

Jose A. Lopez, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. Since June 2016, Jose A. Lopez has served as a Transportation Project Manager at HBC Engineering Company. Prior to this role, Jose A. Lopez was a Project Manager at CPM Intl from December 2011 to February 2016, where responsibilities included managing large capital projects and monitoring their execution. Additionally, from March 2004 to December 2011, Jose A. Lopez operated as a self-employed consultant and civil engineer, focusing on the design of land subdivisions, geometric plans, site grading, and both storm and sanitary sewer systems for large residential projects, as well as conducting hydrologic and hydraulic studies for multifamily housing projects.
