Berlinda Graham has extensive experience in healthcare and community service. Currently serving as a Patient Accounts Representative at HBCS since August 2012, Berlinda is responsible for contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve overdue payments for a member hospital. In addition, Berlinda has been the Director of The Fellowship Club since January 2010, overseeing initiatives to provide essential assistance such as food, clothing, and shelter to local communities while also creating job programs. Previously, Berlinda volunteered as an Office Administration Assistant at The Ministry of Caring Inc. from August 2008 to August 2009, gaining valuable insights into serving underprivileged populations. Additionally, Berlinda worked at Christiana Care Health System from January 2001 to July 2005, where responsibilities included front desk admitting and patient registration for maternity and obstetrics emergency care.
