Shadi Yazdan

Shadi Yazdan, MBA, serves as the President of SY Strategy since June 2022, focusing on empowering small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to achieve sustainable growth through tailored strategies. Additionally, Shadi hosts The RAW Founder Podcast, which addresses the unrealistic advice prevalent in social media and highlights the need for customized business solutions. As an Advisor for the HBCU Founders Initiative and a Mentor for Techstars, Shadi continues to support emerging entrepreneurs. Previously, Shadi held roles such as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at PredictivEye Inc., where impactful strategies were developed for growth and customer acquisition. Other notable experiences include co-founding Shopterra, serving on advisory boards, and managing significant technology projects at York Region. Shadi holds multiple MBAs from prestigious institutions and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Economics, complemented by a Bachelor of Education.
