Rick Jones

Rick Jones has a significant work experience in finance and leadership roles. Rick is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at HBD Industries, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Hyperion Materials & Technologies, a KKR owned company, from September 2018 to May 2021. Rick also worked at Worthington Industries for several years, starting in 1994, where they held various roles until 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at WAVE. Furthermore, they worked as the Vice President of Finance, Steel Processing at Worthington Industries from 2008 to 2018.

Rick Jones attended DePauw University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. Rick then pursued further education at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1992 to 1994, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance.
