Francois M has a diverse work experience in project and portfolio management. Francois is currently working at HBF Health as the Head of Portfolio Management, where they are responsible for enhancing governance, assurance, and reporting practices. Prior to this role, they were the EPMO Manager at HBF Health, where they supported the improvement of project and program delivery. Francois has also worked at MI-GSO | PCUBED as a Business Manager and Senior Principal Consultant, at Mineral Resources Limited as a PPM Specialist, at the City of Stirling (Western Australia) as a Project and Portfolio Specialist, at the Public Transport Authority as both a Portfolio Specialist and PMO Manager, at P&N Bank as a PMO/PPM Specialist, at Perth Airport as a PMO Specialist, and at Fortescue Metals Group as a PMO - Resource Management Trainer and Project Manager. Francois M has a diverse education history. Francois started their education in 2004 at Prépa St Paul, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics until 2006. In the same year, they enrolled at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2007. Francois then pursued further education at SKEMA Business School, earning a Master II degree in Project Management in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Francois has also obtained various certifications. In 2010, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Course at SKEMA Business School. Francois continued to enhance their project management skills by obtaining the Prince II Foundation & Practitioner certification from the Office of Government Commerce in 2011. In 2014, Francois obtained the Change Management Foundation certification from APMG-International.

Francois expanded their knowledge and expertise in project and portfolio management by acquiring several Microsoft certifications. Francois obtained the MS: Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013 certification in 2014 and the MS: Managing Project and Portfolios with Project Server 2013 certification in 2015. In 2017, they completed the Exam 348: Managing Projects and Portfolios with Microsoft PPM from Microsoft.

Francois also holds a PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner certification from APMG International, which they obtained in 2016. Francois further enhanced their project management skills by completing the PRINCE2™ Practitioner Course from DDLS in 2020. In the same year, they acquired the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, in 2022, Francois obtained the MoP® Certifications from DDLS.
