Jackie Porter

Jackie Porter is responsible for collaborating with HBI customers to achieve the most success from Spotlight solutions toward their specific goals, such as reducing preventable events, costs and conditions while improving the health of their communities.

Through strategic planning, training, adoption and improvement projects she works closely with executives, program managers and users, while bringing insights back to HBI marketing, engineering and data scientists to support innovations, improvements and promotions. She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, serving in patient care, client consulting, sales support and account management roles with companies including Siemens, Premier, Eclipsys and PeraHealth focusing on improving clinical outcomes.
