Shiv Parekh

Shiv Parekh has a diverse work experience in various companies. Shiv founded hBits in 2018, which is a real estate fractional ownership platform. Prior to that, they worked as a Group Director at Raycon Infrastructure, a joint venture engaged in real estate investment and development. Shiv also founded WorkLoft in 2015, one of India's first co-working spaces. Shiv has previous experience as an Analyst at Citi and Stanford Management Company.
