Michael David Provance

Michael David Provance currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at HBK CPAs & Consultants since May 2022, where responsibilities include utilizing UKG ATS and sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter. Prior to this role, Michael was with Steward Health Care from June 2019 to May 2022, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later promoted to Senior Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator, managing two specialists and overseeing recruitment for the Ohio and Pennsylvania regions using Kronos and HealthcareSource. Michael's career began at Humanscale, where progression from Recruiting Assistant to Senior Corporate Recruiter occurred between April 2011 and April 2019, emphasizing mentorship and development in addition to recruiting via iCIMS ATS and various sourcing platforms. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Berkeley College and an Associate of Science in Psychology from Middlesex College.
