Wayne Bartholomew

Wayne Bartholomew possesses extensive experience in training, learning management, and technology integration across various organizations. Currently serving as the Training and Learning Manager at HBK CPAs & Consultants, Wayne focuses on developing and maintaining training programs, moderating sessions, and managing the Learning Management System. Previously, Wayne held the Training Specialist and LMS Manager position at HealthSource®, where responsibilities included creating e-Learning modules, producing instructional content, and organizing national conferences. Wayne's earlier career included roles such as Emerging Technologies & Technical Training Liaison at the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, where innovative technology training initiatives were developed. Wayne holds a Master of Library & Information Science and degrees in English and Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Kent State University and Youngstown State University, respectively.
